Remote desktop software for network administration and remote support
Remote Utilities is remote desktop software for network administration in a Windows domain network. It is closely integrated with Active Directory and provides remote installation across multiple PCs as well as AD authentication support. Remote Utilities can run as a service and grant full control over the remote PC to the administrator in 15 different connection modes, including the view remote screen and power control modes.
Remote Utilities has a well balanced feature set suitable for system administration and remote helpdesk. There is no feature bloating and yet Remote Utilities is powerful enough to serve as the primary remote administration tool in any-size company. The license model of the program is also very flexible, so a user can purchase the program either on a 'per PC' or 'per operator machine' basis.
The program is supposed to be used by network administrators, IT personnel, business owners, helpdesk technicians and home users.

Excellent tool if you are tired of Teamviewer's "detecting commercial use" crap! This tool DOES have a FREE version for use on something like 10 PC's, contrary to the CON stated above. The only drawback is it isn't as fluid to use as TV. It's sometimes sluggish or slow to respond, even on a wired network directly connected! Otherwise it is an EXCELLENT tool!! It also has a portable version! More
